We are committed to getting your product to your door as efficiently as possible.
All international orders will be shipped out of China warehouse.
Please note we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, and so we are usually unable to make changes or cancel the order once it is placed. Once your order invoices prints it has entered our shipping process and cannot be changed or canceled.
Order processing may be delayed by any incorrect or incomplete information provided by you or your payment provider. You will be notified by email if we need additional information to process your order. Delays due to payment processing are not the responsibility of OMPHOBBY.
We offer a variety of shipping carriers and options. US Postal Service USPS and EMS, DHL and UPS services can be selected for international addresses.
Shipping cost is calculated according to package weight and distance, and can be found in the check out process.
A package shipped by expedited services, such as DHL and UPS, usually takes around
7-10 days to be delivered, or very occasionally up to 45 days depending on the processing speed in the custom of your country, especially in some places such as Brazil, India, Russia, and Turkey.
However, package shipped by economical method, such as USPS First Class Mail, may take much longer time to be delivered.
USPS First Class Mail and EMS ePacket are economical methods,and occasionally may take up to 2-3 months to be delivered in some places such as Brazil, India, Russia, and Turkey. As soon as USPS First Class Mail package or EMS ePacket left China there will be no tracking information available. If you need detailed tracking information and timely delivery please do not use this shipping method.
Please be aware that most carriers are closed for national holidays and are not held responsible for delays due to caused force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, war and factors outside our control.

If it is due to the recipient's delay in customs clearance, the resulting return costs, customs duties and loss of product value will be borne by the recipient.
Presently we cannot ship lithium batteries internationally by US Post Service or any other air shipping method. Please select UPS Ground or Battery logistics line, if your order contains Lithium Battery. An international order contains lithium battery may be cancelled if ground shipping method is not available. We will send you an email to inform about this.
We do not ship products to shipping forwarding companies. Any order shows this kind of address will be cancelled and refunded without notification.
